To start off, I have to say that I'm FASCINATED with the backgound. It's quite amazing. It's been a long time since I've seen something that has that true "fantasy" feel.
Continuing on, you did a great job on all of the the scales. I absolutely LOVE how they turned out. I also like how you have different scales types that vares depending on the part of the body you're drawing on.
I also love the mane. Beautifully done. I really can't say more than "WOW" in this case.
All around, I'd say that this is one finely crafted piece of art!
